Our December meeting was called to order at 11:05 by President Chance. The minutes were read for the November meeting and approved.
Treasurer’s report was given and we did receive money from NYS and a motion was made to accept.
Dwight Hess needs to be added to our Board of Directors.
Jack Rase has NYSSA Raffle Tickets for us.
The Silverlake Sportsmens Club also has Raffle tickets and we will support them for being the gracious hosts they are to our club.
President Chance said our Youth Safety Course was a big success with 26 students and thanked those who helped with the all day event.
The NH groomer is at master mechanic President Chance’s shop and the new tracks are being picked up tomorrow to be installed.
More work needs to be done on the Tucker.
Most trails are marked and the official opening is January 2nd.
February 8th or 15th will be our Dice Run. TC Steve will contact the area shops and a spaghetti dinner is planned at the Bliss Bar & Grill as well as having a Chinese basket auction.

One ballot for this slate of officers was cast by Gordon Brown and seconded by Todd Hofheins with all approving.
President Chance wishes to thank all of our club members for their support and hard work in making OVSA the club that it is. Our trail system is definitely one to be proud of.
The entire OVSA club would like to thank President Chance for his years of leading the club and for all the fabrication and repair of our heavy machinery.
Our next meeting will be Sunday January 4th 11am.
Our annual Christmas Buffet followed provided once again by the Silverlake Sportsmens Club.
