A beautiful fall day welcome to all our members as President Nate called the meeting to order at 11:16am.
The minutes from our September meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer Michelle updated us on our current financials and answered any questions.
We have 36 members at present with more to come in shortly as we get closer to winter.
Farm crops are coming off the fields quickly this fall and will soon be ready to mark.
Trail bush hogging has been done and work is being done on our machinery.
Other items that need work are our groomer barn roof and a broken chimney pipe.
The Wyoming County Federation is working on a new printed map which will be welcomed by many sledders.
3 GPS units have been ordered so now all our groomers will have them and work in accordance with Parks and Recs guidelines. This helps to track the number of miles that are being groomed.
Our September raffle netted us over $7500 and a big thank you goes out to Tom and Jane Gebel for hosting this important fundraiser once again for us. Thanks to all our members who sold and purchased tickets as well.
Brian Bartron spoke of our spring raffle which will feature 10 prizes to be drawn at our March meeting.
Our apparel website is up and running OVSA APPAREL WEBSITE IS NOW OPEN FOR ORDERS. Order before October 15th and those items will be brought to the next meeting.
Next meeting is November 1st. Our Christmas Party will be held December 6th and our season opens January 2, 2027.
