November 2025 Newsletter

President Chance called our November meeting to order at 11:12am.

The minutes from October’s meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer Michelle reviewed the financials and answered questions regarding anticipated expenses coming in our new season.

Our upcoming safety class will be held Saturday November 22nd at the Warsaw Fire Hall. Please call President Chance at 585- 519-1573 to register. This is an 8 hour class and we thank our volunteers who take a whole day to teach the valuable safety knowledge needed in snowmobiling.

Make sure to register your sled by December 1st and that way the money stays in Wyoming County.

Steve spoke of a possible Dice Run this year to be held in Mid February the location of it hasn’t been determined yet.

Groomer and building repairs are a necessary discussion at this time of year. Chance found some parts for the repair of our JD groomer. VP Nate discussed the need for track replacements on our New Holland groomer and will be making calls to secure these parts. Mike Carlson has serviced our wheelers and will start marking trails soon. A big thank you to the guys who spend hours at the groomer barns doing these tasks.

There was also discussion of repairs needed on our storage facilities, of real concern are the roofs. These conversations need to be held with the owners of these buildings. There are many questions to be answered regarding the safe storage of valuable machinery for our club.

TC Steve spoke on several issues of trail repair, possible re-routing, logging and the GPS requirements by the state. NYS doesn’t require us to GPS our system every 3 years but just note the minor changes in our trails as they occur.

Our slate of officers to be voted on at the December meeting is as follows.
