A spring hello to all our members from President Chance.

The meeting was called to order at 11:05 and last month’s minutes were read and accepted.

The treasurer’s report from Michelle was handed out and discussed. We have purchased bridge and trail marking materials for some needed work. Also a couple of 48′ trailer frames which make excellent long bridges once decked with our new wood. Steve and Mike spoke on a number of trail/bridge items.

Steve also brought us up to speed on JD groomer work and some replacement glass for our NH groomer. We also discussed selling the mower that came with our Pisten Bully groomer and there is an interested local party.

Treasurer Michelle is compiling spring trail work hours which should be emailed to her as soon as possible. Be specific in what trail you are working on and what you have done. Send your information to mhess5@rochester.rr.com and thank you for clearing the fields as our landowners get ready for planting.

We also discussed switching to night meetings for next season. Anyone with any input on a recommended night please let us know your thoughts. We would like to bring in more young people and build even more camaraderie in working together on our projects.

Our landowner drive thru chicken barbeque is May 19th at the Warsaw Village Park. We will set up at 10am and hold our last meeting of the season. Serving starts at 12noon.
