Secretary Hillary read the minutes from last May and they were approved.
Treasurer Gail spoke about the upcoming Big Raffle this Saturday the 13th and mentioned we still have some tickets available. If you haven’t bought yours or know someone who could use one give Gail a call at 585 476 5701 or myself at 716 474 2278. This is our largest fundraiser of the year so we thank everyone for their ticket selling, purchases and helping to put this big event on. We will be at the Perry Firemens Building Friday afternoon setting up and early Saturday morning.
Trail Coordinator Steve spoke about a structural bridge issue south of Dick Rd. Groomers have been worked on but there are always a few more last minute items. There is always work to do on trails each year. Get a crew together early to address anything needed before deer hunting season starts. We will switch to double staking this year in compliance with NYS Parks guidelines. We will space them out further than the traditional single stakes we have used. Trails will open this year on December 17th.
Sleds of Stafford will be holding their annual Antique Sled Show at BW’s this Sunday the 14th in Pavilion for anyone interested.
