Hello and thanks to all who attended our December meeting and enjoyed our annual Christmas luncheon provided for us by the Sportsmens Club. They are a great host for us.

Pres. Jeff read the minutes from November’s meeting and they were approved.

Treasurer Gail handed out the treasurer’s report and answered any questions. We also approved buying a used bush hog that we’ve been using to clear brush.

Trail Coordinator Steve read a letter about OVSA grooming in Letchworth Park in regards to how we will be funded to do this. We will groom from the Perry entrance to Castile. Officers were in attendance from LSP for night riding stickers in the Park. They also explained that speed limits in the Park are the same for sleds as they are for cars and to watch for those signs. We wish to thank Roland Beck, LSP manager, for being willing to work closely with OVSA to ensure an excellent winter experience.
Steve also reported that many areas have completed marking.

Brian Bartron requested help in getting more tickets out for our upcoming February Daily Drawing. Tickets are only $20 each and there are a lot of great prizes. Our early bird drawing will be held December 31st. Brian’s phone number is 716-491-1847. Thanks for your help with this important fundraiser for us.
