President Jeff called the meeting to order at 7:04pm and reported that we have 400 members as of today. Secretary Sheila read the minutes from last month’s meeting and they were approved.
Treasurer Gail handed out the Treasurer’s report and then discussion started on several fronts. We decided to pay off our John Deere tractor/groomer and to purchase a Kawasaki Mule with tracks for trail work. Mike Carlson had done a bunch of research and getting quotes for us.
Trail Coordinator Steve also mentioned that he had ordered more signs and some culverts for trail enhancement.
Brian Bartron reported on our successful February fundraiser and we all thanked him for doing this each year for the Club. Successful fundraisers allow us to purchase new equipment and work more efficiently.
Jack Rase also has a number of NYSSA raffle tickets that are only $5 each with lots of prizes. Please contact Jack if you would like some. 585-786-5051.
Tim Rosenberg also spoke on our Antique Show coming up Saturday May 15th at the Charcoal Corral. Sponsors and door prizes are needed.
Our annual Landowner Picnic will be held Sunday April 23rd at the Warsaw Legion Building. This is always a great event to thank our landowners and if you can bring a door prize that would be greatly appreciated.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 and our next meeting will be Monday April 3rd 7pm.
