Hello to all our members.
VP Nate started our meeting at 11:07am. He read the minutes from last month’s meeting and they were approved.
Treasurer Gail updated us on our financials and answered questions.
Gail, Tracy, Chance and Steve will be attending the upcoming NYSSA Annual Conference in Syracuse this month. There have been rumors of changes coming to our funding and methods of information gathering and submitting. This should be interesting.
Tom and Jane Gebel are running our September daily raffle again and they have the tickets. If you would like some please give them a call at 585 786 2332. A big thank you to Tom and Jane and our club members for supporting this important fundraiser.
There was also a discussion about upcoming repairs to the BR160 and 180. Also the New Holland groomer needs some work too. The off season is certainly the best time to get these items taken care of. If you would like to help reach out to Steve or Chance and coordinate with them.
Sunday May 1st will be our annual landowner chicken barbeque appreciation dinner at the Warsaw Legion Building in the Warsaw Village Park. This will be a takeout event like last year. We encourage our members to attend and help assemble dinners to be taken out to handed to our landowners. This event worked out quite well last year and Steve Mehlenbacher and family will once again be cooking for us.
Set up starts at 10am and we’ll also hold our May meeting before the serving begins at noon. Come and be part of the fun and show our appreciation to our landowners.
