Welcome to spring and this month’s meeting was short and sweet but always an enjoyable one. We have a solid group of members that really enjoy our sport and work hard to support it so a good time is a guarantee whenever we get together.
President Chance called the meeting to order at 11:02.
The March minutes were read and approved followed by the treasurer’s report. Some additional work logs were collected to be submitted.
We have decided to go ahead with the purchase of the Pisten Bully groomer as discussed last month. We have also listed several items for sale which will help offset the purchase cost.
We kicked off our September cash raffle with Tom and Jane Gebel once again heading this up. If you would like some tickets for yourself and to sell please call them at 585 786 2332.
Tim Rosenberg said that the new date for our Antique Show at the Charcoal Corral will be September 17th.
At the end of each season we look forward to our Landowner Appreciation Chicken Barbeque prepared for us by Mel’s Barbeque.
Once again this will be held at the Warsaw Legion building from 12-1:30pm. It will be a drive thru event as in years past.
Please come at 10am for our indoor setup. At 10:30 our May meeting will be held and then we’ll be ready to assemble our take out dinners to be delivered roadside to our landowners as they come through the park.
